In-person Physical therapy/Strength & Conditioning

In-person strength and conditioning services provide tailored training programs designed to improve athletic performance, enhance physical fitness, and prevent injuries. These services are delivered by a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who utilizes evidence-based practices to develop/implement effective training regimens. Each coach uses kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises to achieve each client’s goals.

Virtual Physical Therapy, S&C coaching, and S&C Programming
Virtual physical therapy services offer all the same benefits as in-person PT through a convenient, accessible digital platform. This enables patients to receive expert guidance and support from a licensed physical therapist without needing to visit a clinic. This service is designed to provide high-quality care while accommodating patients' schedules and reducing the need for travel.
Virtual strength and conditioning services include all the benefits of in-person sessions, using virtual technology to connect clients and coaches. Based on each individual’s home/gym circumstances (access to gym equipment), coaches will find ideal modes of exercise to build strength, improve conditioning, and achieve their desired fitness outcomes.
S&C programming is also available for individuals looking to increase their strength, improve their fitness, and/or prepare for an athletic event. Whether you’re training to overhead press half your bodyweight or maximize your stamina for a jiujitsu competition, S&C programming can get you there.
